David has been photographing since he was 16 years old and for many years  photographed in black and white . More recently, also in color and infrared.
Equipment: Sony cameras with a variety of quality lenses from 16 mm to 500 mm.

David managed the Rishon LeZion's photography association for about 10 years while also judging and curating photography exhibitions.

David Aruety has a master's  degree in photography  issued by FIAP (A-FIAP), the International Federation of Art Photography.
 This MASTER'S DEGREE AT IPAS (THE ISRAELI ASSOCIATION FOR ARTISTIC PHOTOGRAPHY) was awarded to David for his  work on ‘dance photography on wheelchairs’ that extended over a period of about 10 years.
David now focuses his photography mainly on the desert regions of the State of Israel.
